This is an Unaffiliated event organized by enthusiasts. Therefore it is a condition of entry that anyone who competes at any of our events does so ENTIRELY AT THEIR OWN RISK.
Show Rules & Conditions at Buckover Farm
1.LIABILITY: neither Buckover Farm Equestrian, its owners or Representitives will accept any liability or responsibilty for any accident, injury or damage incurred in or in the vicinity of the premises by riders, grooms, spectators or any other person or animal howsoever caused.
Parents are responsible for the safety of their children at ALL tmes. Therefore it is a condition of entry that everyone who competes at any one of our events DO SO ENTIRELY AT THEIR OWN RISK.
2. Riders must wear safety secured riding hats which comply with the current British Standards BSEN 1384, PAS 015 At all times when mounted.
3. Suitable riding boots with heels must be worn when mounted.
4. NO CANTERING outside of arena or warm up area.Anyone found doing so will be asked to leave the premises and no refund will be given.
5. The Organisers reserve the right to refuse an entry, omit a class or make alterations when deemed necessary.
6. Objections in writing within 10mins with a fee of £10.00 which will be refunded if the objection is upheld.
7. There will be NO REFUND OF ENTRY FEES.
8. We reserve the right to refuse entry to yhe show ground and to refuse entry withiout assigning a reason.
9.ALL competitors must be covered by their own third party insurance.
10. No lunging anywhere on the event ground.
11.No horse or pony to be under the age or 4 years old.
12. Please do not muck out your lorry/trailer and leave horses/ponies tied to the outside of lorries and trailers unattended.
13. If less than 3 entries in a class it will be cancelled.
14. The judges decision is FINAL.
15.No stallions.
16.BSJA Rules, Age as from 1st January.
17. Please take all rubbish home or put in bins provided.
18. Competitors and spectators are responsible for their own Health and Safety. In the event of an accident an ambulance will be called.
